LEEP刀宫颈锥切术联合药物治疗宫颈上皮癌前病变的疗效及对生活质量的影响

Efficacy of LEEP Knife Cervical Conization combined with Drugs in the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesions and Its Impact on Quality of Life

目的探析LEEP刀宫颈锥切术与药物治疗对宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的影响。方法回顾分析2018年1月至2019年1月在我院妇产科接受治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤变患者共78例作为调查对象,均行LEEP刀宫颈锥切术,根据此次手术方案分为A组(术前、术后药物治疗)和B组(术后药物治疗),各组均为39例。统计两组患者恢复情况、生活质量及术后不良反应情况,并予以分析总结。结果A组患者引导出血量、愈合时间、阴道排液量均较B组效果明显(P<0.05);A组患者食欲、精神症状、睡眠质量、躯体感觉及总体健康评分均较参照组显著改善(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率明显低于B组,临床有效率明显高于B组(均P<0.05)。结论采用LEEP刀宫颈锥切术与药物联合治疗可改善宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的预后,可作为首选的联合治疗办法。

Objective To explore the effect of cervical conization and drug therapy on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods Retrospective analysis of 78 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated in gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were investigated.According to this operation plan,it was divided into A group(preoperative and postoperative drug treatment)and B group(postoperative drug treatment),all of which were 39 cases.The recovery,quality of life and postoperative adverse reactions were analyzed and summarized.Results A group had significantly better guided bleeding,healing time and vaginal drainage than the B group(P<0.05);the appetite,mental symptoms,sleep quality,somatosensory and overall health scores in the A group were significantly improved than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the complication rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B,and the clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that of group B(all P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with LEEP knife cervical conization and drugs can improve the prognosis of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia used as the first choice of combined treatment.
