健康教育在老年人心血管内科护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Health Education in Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Nursing of the Elderly

目的对老年人心血管内科护理工作中应用健康教育的具体方法以及应用效果进行分析。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月老年心血管内科患者200例作为本文研究对象,对于所选患者依据随机法进行分组。接受常规护理服务的100例患者作为对照组,在常规护理基础之上加用健康教育的100例患者作为研究组,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果经过健康教育的护理干预,研究组患者的临床护理满意度、治疗总依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论临床中针对老年心血管内科患者,为其提供良好的健康教育效果理想,能够显著提高临床治疗依从性,提升护理满意度,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the specific methods and effects of health education in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing for the elderly.Methods Selection 200 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular internal medicine data analysis from January 2019 to January 2020,using the method of random Numbers table will be selected in elderly patients with cardiovascular internal medicine group,given routine nursing care,including 100 patients included in the control group,the remaining 100 patients on the basis of conventional nursing combined with health education as a research group,compared two groups of elderly patients with cardiovascular internal medicine nursing effect.Results There was a significant difference in clinical treatment compliance between the two groups.The difference of nursing satisfaction between the two groups was obvious(all P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly cardiovascular patients in clinic,the effect of providing good health education is ideal,which can significantly improve the compliance of clinical treatment and nursing satisfaction,and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
