康复护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效的影响

Influences of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on the Curative Effect of Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探究康复护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效的影响。方法选取我院2017年12月至2018年11月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者144例,采用摸球法分为A组和B组,各72例。A组采用康复护理干预,B组采用常规护理干预。两组患者被追踪随访6个月,观察并比较两组患者腰椎功能恢复情况、复发率、护理后疼痛评分及心理健康评分、护理后腰椎功能评分、躯体功能评分及生活活动能力评分。结果A组患者腰椎功能恢复优良率为95.83%,高于B组的72.22%(P<0.05);A组复发率为2.78%,低于B组的16.67%(P<0.05);A组患者护理后疼痛评分及心理健康评分、腰椎功能评分均低于B组(P<0.05);与B组相比,A组患者护理后躯体功能评分、生活活动能力评分均明显更高(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症患者中具有显著的应用效果。

Objective To explore the influences of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the curative effect of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 144 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into group A and group B,72 cases in each group.group A used rehabilitation nursing intervention,and group B used routine nursing intervention.The patients of two groups were followed up for 6 months,and the recovery of lumbar spine function,recurrence rate,pain score and mental health score after nursing,lumbar spine function score,physical function score and life activity ability score after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of recovery of lumbar function in group A was 95.83%,which was higher than 72.22%of group B(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of group A was 2.78%,which was lower than 16.67%of group B(P<0.05).The pain score,mental health score and lumbar spine function score of group A were lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The scores of physical function and life activity ability were higher than those of group B,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention has significant effect in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
