安全隐患自查模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用价值

Application Value of Self-examination Mode of Safety Hidden Danger in the Nursing Risk Management of Operation Room

目的探究安全隐患自查模式在手术室护理风险管理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年4月至2019年1月在我院泌尿外科进行手术治疗的患者94例作为研究对象,采用电脑盲选法分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=47)。对照组实施常规手术室风险管理,观察组在对照组管理基础上加入安全隐患自查模式。对比两组患者护理风险事件发生率以及护理满意度评分。结果观察组患者护理风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者基础护理工作、服务态度、护理知识告知、手术室管理、工作能力、关爱患者评分以及平均护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室风险护理管理中运用安全隐患自查模式,可显著降低护理风险事件的发生率,患者对该护理模式的满意度评价较高。

Objective To explore the application value of the self-examination model of safety hidden danger in operating room nursing risk management.Methods Ninety-fowr patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital's urology department from April 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=47)by computer blind selection.The control group implemented routine operating room risk management,and the observation group added a self-examination model of safety hidden danger based on the management of the control group.The incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing work,service attitude,nursing knowledge notification,operating room management,work ability,caring patient and average nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the self-examination model of safety hidden danger in operating room risk nursing management can significantly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,and patients'satisfaction with this nursing model is highly evaluated.
