腹腔镜治疗胆囊息肉患者术后实施优质护理的方法及其效果

Methods and Effects of High-quality Nursing Care after Laparoscopic Treatment of Gallbladder Polyps

目的探究胆囊息肉行腹腔镜手术治疗后实施优质护理的方法,分析其护理效果。方法选择在本院采用腹腔镜手术治疗的胆囊息肉患者作为研究对象,此次研究纳入对象共计80例,以患者采用的护理措施差异性将其均匀划分为对照组、观察组,给予对照组患者传统护理,观察组给予优质护理服务,对比分析两组患者护理效果。结果干预前,对比两组患者生活质量评分、疼痛评分,数据对比无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者并发症发生率、术后排气时间、住院时间、出血量、排便恢复时间、抗生素给药时间及疼痛评分均少于对照组,生活质量(生理功能、精神状态、社会功能、负性情绪)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜手术治疗的胆囊息肉患者实施优质护理措施,能够缓解疼痛程度,改善预后效果,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间,提高整体护理质量。

Objective To explore the methods of high-quality nursing after laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder polyps,and analyze the nursing effect.Methods The patients with gallbladder polyps treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object.A total of 80 patients were included in this study.Based on the differences in nursing measures adopted by the patients,they were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group,and were given to the control group in traditional nursing,the observation group provided high-quality nursing services,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before the intervention,the quality of life score and pain score of the two groups of patients were compared,and there was no significant difference in the data comparison(P>0.05);after the intervention,the incidence of complications,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time,bleeding volume,and recovery time defecation,antibiotic administration time and pain score were in the observation group all lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life(physiological function,mental state,social function,negative emotion)scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing measures for patients with gallbladder polyps treated by laparoscopic surgery can relieve their pain,improve their prognosis,improve their quality of life,shorten their hospital stay,and improve their overall quality of care.
