供应室护理质量控制对降低院内感染的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Nursing Quality Control in Supply Room to Reduce Nosocomial Infection

目的探究供应室护理质量控制对降低院内感染的可行性。方法择取2018年1月至2018年12月在我院进行住院治疗的患者50例作为对照组,未接受供应室护理质量控制,另择取2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的50例住院患者作为观察组,实施供应室护理质量控制,记录两组患者院内感染发生例数,调查两组患者对护理管理工作的满意程度,比较分析临床应用价值。结果观察组患者院内感染发生率是4.00%(2/50),明显低于对照组的20.00%(10/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理管理工作的满意度是98.00%(49/50),明显高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论供应室护理质量控制对降低院内感染具有十分显著的意义,可保证患者安全,提高患者对护理管理的满意程度,可作为理想护理管理措施进行推广和应用。

Objective To explore the feasibility of nursing quality control in supply room to reduce nosocomial infection.Methods Fifty patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,which did not receive the nursing quality control in the supply room,and 50 patients admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,which implemented the nursing quality control in the supply room,recorded the number of nosocomial infection cases in the two groups,investigated the satisfaction of the two groups with nursing management,and compared and analyzed the clinical application value.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 4.00%(2/50),which was significantly lower than 20.00%(10/50)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was satisfied with the nursing management work the degree is 98.00%(49/50),which is significantly higher than 82.00%(41/50)in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing quality control in supply room is of great significance in reducing nosocomial infection,ensuring patients'safety and improving patients'satisfaction with nursing management,which can be popularized and applied as an ideal nursing management measure.
