针对性护理干预措施在高通量透析器血液透析患者中的应用

Application of Targeted Nursing Interventions in High-flux Hemodialysis Patients

目的研究针对性护理干预措施在高通量透析器血液透析患者中的应用。方法将2016年2月至2019年1月在我院接受治疗的77例接受高通量血液透析的肾脏疾病患者,随机分组之后给予不同的护理方法,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理干预方法,比较护理前后两组患者的SDS和SAS指标变化和并发症情况。结果干预后两组SDS评分、SAS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统的护理干预方法相比,针对性护理干预措施可以提供有针对性的个性化护理,能帮助患者缓解负面情绪,控制并发症发生,改善预后。

Objective To study the application of targeted nursing interventions in high-flux hemodialysis patients.Methods From February 2016 to January 2019,in our hospital for treatment of 77 patients who underwent high-flux hemodialysis patients with kidney disease,randomized after given different nursing method,the control group using conventional care,observation group implement targeted nursing intervention methods,compared two groups of patients before and after the nursing of SDS and SAS index changes and complications.Results SDS and SAS scores in both groups were decreased after intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of total complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional nursing intervention methods,targeted nursing intervention measures can provide targeted personalized nursing,can help patients to alleviate negative emotions,control the occurrence of complications,improve the prognosis.
