护理品质链对胸腔镜肺癌患者术后康复及不良事件的影响

Effect of Nursing Quality Chain on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Adverse Events in Patients with Thoracoscopic Lung Cancer

目的探讨护理品质链对胸腔镜肺癌患者术后康复及不良事件的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月胸外科收治的肺癌患者110例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=55,给予常规护理模式)和观察组(n=55,在对照组基础采用护理品质链模式)。比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、不良事件发生率、护理质量、护理满意度、术后恢复情况等。结果观察组患者术后1、3、7 d疼痛程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理质量、护理满意度及术后康复情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理品质链应用于胸腔镜肺癌患者可有效缓解疼痛程度,降低不良事件的发生率,加快患者康复进程,提高护理满意度,有利于护理质量的提高。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing quality chain on postoperative rehabilitation and adverse events in patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with lung cancer admitted to the thoracic surgery department from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into a control group(n=55,given conventional nursing mode)and an observation group(n=55,based on the control group,using the nursing quality chain mode)using the random number table method.Postoperative pain,incidence of adverse events,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group on day 1,3 and 7 after surgery(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and postoperative rehabilitation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing quality chain in patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer can effectively alleviate pain,reduce the incidence of adverse events,accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,and is conducive to the maintenance of nursing quality.
