摘要
针对当前海防领域中雷达存在无法对目标进行清晰识别及光电设备存在受气候条件影响大、发现目标能力弱等问题,提出了将雷达与光电设备综合运用于海防监控领域,对两者之间协同探测工作流程、光电受引导后自适应搜索目标及目标位置精确标定等关键技术进行深入研究。利用雷达与光电各自的技术优势,弥补相互的应用缺陷,实现了雷达与光电在海防监控领域的协同探测等功能。该技术整体上将雷达或光电单型设备的探测概率平均提高了1.2倍,定位精度<40 m,大幅增强我国对近海状况管控和对可疑船只的侦察监控能力。
In this paper,in view of the problems that radar cannot clearly identify targets in the current coastal defense field,and the optoelectronic equipment is greatly affected by climatic conditions,and the ability to detect targets is weak,it is proposed to use radar and optoelectronic equipment in the field of coastal defense monitoring,and to coordinate the key technologies such as the detection workflow,adaptive search targets after photoelectric guidance and accurate calibration of target positions are studied in depth,and the respective technical advantages of radar and optoelectronics are used to make up for the mutual application defects. The radar and optoelectronics in the field of coastal defense monitoring are realized.With functions such as collaborative detection,the technology overall increases the detection probability of radar or photoelectric single-type equipment by an average of 1.2 times,and the positioning accuracy is less than 40 meters,which greatly enhances China’s ability to control and monitor the offshore conditions and suspicious vessels.
