New Changes of Contemporary Capitalist Economy from the Perspective of Imperialism

列宁在《帝国主义是资本主义的最高阶段》(文中简称《帝国主义论》)中系统阐述了经典的帝国主义理论,指出了“金融资本时代”的到来,是马克思虚拟资本理论在20世纪初的延续和发展。《帝国主义论》和《资本论》一脉相承,在理论逻辑、发展逻辑、现实逻辑上体现出高度的统一性和强烈的现实性意义。帝国主义是资本主义发展的最高阶段,金融资本的统治是帝国主义的基本特征;当代资本主义依然是金融资本统治的时代。在《帝国主义论》视阈下,厘清当代资本主义的“变”与“不变”,有助于我们更加深刻地认识金融资本的新发展,有助于分析理解当前全球资本主义经济的虚拟化和金融化进程,从而科学地找到应对思路和举措。

Lenin pointed out in the“Imperialism is the Highest Stage of Capitalism”that the coming of“financial capital era”is the continuation and development of Marx’s virtual capital theory in the early 20th century.“Imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism”and“the capital”are in the same line.They embody a high degree of unity and strong practical significance in theoretical logic,development logic and practical logic.Imperialism is the highest stage of capitalist development,the rule of financial capital is a brief expression of the highest stage of capitalist development;contemporary capitalist economy is still the era of financial capital rule.From the perspective of“Imperialism is the Highest Stage of Capitalism”,to clarify the“change”and“unchangeability”of imperialism will help us to have a deeper understanding of the new development of financial capital,help us to understand and analyze the process of virtualization and financialization of capitalist economy in the current global scope,so as to find out the corresponding ideas and measures scientifically.
