摘要
基于J院生殖科的田野调查,考察不孕妇女在辅助生殖治疗中遭遇到的身体、心理和社会关系等现实生活困境。施行辅助生殖治疗的女性经受了身体痛楚、心理煎熬,人生进程被破坏,时间、金钱、职业等生活世界的多个面向也遭遇到了前所未有的挑战。然而,女性并不总是臣服于社会的型构,她们想方设法将治疗经历赋予积极意义,并采取行动来重建生活秩序,也因此满怀信心与希望,期待通过辅助生殖治疗成功实现怀孕,再度建立起对生活秩序的主宰权。
Based on the field research from the Department of Reproduction in J Hospital,the author reported the influence of physical,psychological and interpersonal relationship encountered by infertile women in assisted reproductive therapy(ART).The women accepting ART experience great physical pain and psychological suffering,and their life course has been disrupted.At the meantime,time,money,occupations and other aspects in their lives face the challenges they have never seen before.Fortunately,instead of continuously yielding to the social fabric,females are trying to invest their treatment with positive meanings,and taking actions to rebuild their life order.Ergo,they confront life with confidence and hopes,expecting to be pregnant with ART,and regain their life order.
