摘要
针对传统的混凝土生产过程监控系统无法进行实时数据采集和监控,且在发生故障时缺乏有效分析方法等问题,利用微信小程序对混凝土生产过程中的仪表和传感数据进行实时采集;对混凝土生产过程中配料超重、配料不足和配料超速3种异常配料行为进行研究,并使用关联规则算法对混凝土配料行为中出现的故障进行分析,为实际生产过程提供指导,提高生产效率。
In view of the problems that the traditional concrete production process monitoring system cannot meet the real-time data collection and monitoring functions,and lack of effective analysis methods when failures occur,the article proposes a new detection method and analysis method.The WeChat applet is used to collect real-time instrumentation and sensor data in the concrete production process,and we study the three faults of overweight,insufficient and overspeed in the concrete production process and analyze the abnormal batching behavior of concrete production by using the association rule algorithm,which can provide guidance for the actual production process and improve the production efficiency greatly.
