摘要 分析了热处理温度和保温时间对GH2747合金冷轧无缝管组织及硬度的影响。结果表明:GH274合金的晶粒尺寸随热处理温度的提高及保温时间的延长而逐渐增大﹔合金的晶粒长大表观激活能为234.9kJ/mo晶粒尺寸随保温时间的变化规律符合贝克公式,动力学时间指数随温度的升高呈先不变后减小的趋势;不同热处理工艺参数下,GH2747合金的维氏硬度与平均晶粒尺寸符合Hall-Petch关系。 Analyzed here in the paper is the effect by the heat treatment temperature and holding duration on micro-structure and hardness of the cold-rolled GH2747 alloy seamless tube.As a result it is revealed that the grain size of theCH2747 alloy is enlarged along with rising up of the heat treatment temperature and extension of the holding duration;theapparent activation energy for the grain enlargement of the alloy is 234.9 kJ/mol;that the said grain size enlargement asper the holding duration is in compliance with the Baker Formula,and the dynamic time index η shows a trend of beiinvariable at first,and then decreasing along with the increase of the temperature;and the Vickers hardness HV andaverage grain size of the CH2747alloy under the condition of different heat treatment process parameters are in accordancewith the Hall-Petch Relationship.
