摘要
新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,"互联网+教育"的教学方式承接了住院医师规范化培训的传统线下教学任务。新模式在运转过程中发挥优势的同时也浮现了许多问题。医院教学管理部门在实践中发现不足,总结经验,充分调动教学资源,制定个性化教学方案,为探索多元化教学模式提供了一定的理论与实践依据。
Novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control period, "Internet plus education" teaching method was used in resident standardized training. While the new model displayed its advantages in the process of operation, many problems also emerged. In practice, the teaching management department of the hospital found some deficiencies, summarized the experience, fully mobilized teaching resources, and formulated personalized teaching scheme, which provided a certain theoretical and practical basis for exploring diversified teaching mode.
