摘要
在高校教育改革的大潮下,通过改革课程设置、提高教学质量以培养新时期高素质医学人才是医学教育改革的根本愿望。对比教学反馈中不同的反馈途径、问卷设置方式等,分析反馈信息的回收效果和影响因素,为优化课程的设置、提升教师的教学水平、提高学生的学习效果提供指导信息,达到教学相长的目的。
Under the situation of global curriculum reforming in university, effective feedbacks are expected to optimize the curriculum setting, improve the teaching effect, and finally promote the culture of high-quality graduates for society. By comparing the different kinds of feedback, the efficiency of feedback was analyzed. The results of the analysis provide valuable information for teaching managers to modify the curriculum arrangement, for teachers to improve teaching skills, for students to regulate learning methods, so to the goal that feedback provides mutual effect for both teaching and learning.
