基于思维导图填空复习法在诊断学见习教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨基于思维导图填空复习法对诊断学成绩的影响。方法:将一个班临床医学专业见习学生分为实验组和对照组,在期末对照组采用传统教师讲解复习,实验组在传统讲解的基础上增加思维导图填空课堂练习。统计分析两组期末理论成绩。结果:实验组理论成绩显著优于对照组。进一步分析显示两组简答题得分未见明显差异,而实验组在选择题及论述题成绩显著优于对照组。相关分析显示思维导图填空复习法与选择题成绩、论述题成绩和总成绩显著相关。结论:基于思维导图填空复习法结合传统讲解可提高学生诊断学的理论成绩。 Objective: To explore the effect of mind map and word puzzle method on students’ theoretical achievements in diagnostics teaching. Method: A class majoring in clinical medicine were divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. At the end of the teaching period, the control group reviewed by traditional teacher’s summary, while the experimental group reviewed by traditional teacher’s summary plus exercise of mind map-word puzzle-method. Results: The theoretical scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the control. Further analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of short answers, while the experimental group was significantly better than the control in choosing and discussing questions. Correlation analysis showed that the new method was significantly correlated with the scores of choosing and discussing questions and total scores. Conclusion: Students’ theoretical scores can be improved based on the method of mind map-word puzzle combined with traditional teacher’s summary.
