新松±800kV换流站二次系统数字化设计 被引量:4

摘要 为提高图纸精细化设计程度,提升设计成品质量和运用数字化设计技术,在新松±800 kV换流站二次系统设计中建立工程数据库,提高设计成品的标准化程度;开展电气原理图数字化设计,实现接线数据实时入库,利用入库信息自动生成对侧设备信息、端子排图和电缆清册,导出具有数据链接功能的PDF文件。基于ProjectWise(PW)平台,实现设计数据的内容管理和接口管理,开展数字化校审。 To increasethe depth and quality of secondary system design,digital design technology is used in Xinsong±800 kV Converter Station.Secondary electrical system database is established to increase the standardization of drawings.Digital design of electrical schematic diagram is carried out to realize the automatic generation of equipment information,terminal arrays andcable listsby real-time storage of wiring data,and PDF files with data link can also be exported.Based on ProjectWise(PW),project data and interaction between different departments can be managed,and digital verification can be carried out.Compared with traditional design,the design depth and quality of secondary system have been greatly improved,and the efficiency of verification has been significantly increased.
