摘要
随着模块化建造的发展,为实现日益复杂的模块化运输以及安装定位,SPMT液压平板车在大件运输市场实现运输的同时,逐步被引入进行大件模块化设备的安装定位等工作。为确定SPMT在大件设备安装定位过程中的可行性以及精度,对SPMT各自由度控制机理进行分析,结果表明其各自由度可实现精密控制,同时通过全站仪精度测控系统结合Digital Dock自动检测软件进行SPMT定位精度实验,得到SPMT可实现安装定位的精度等级,并通过实际工程项目进行验证。
With the development of modular construction, in order to realize increasingly complex modular transportation and installation and positioning, SPMT hydraulic flatbed truck is gradually introduced into the installation and positioning of large modular equipment while transporting large items. In order to determine the feasibility and accuracy of SPMT in the installation and positioning of large equipment, this paper analyzes the control mechanism of each degree of freedom of SPMT. The results show that the precision control of each degree of freedom can be realized. At the same time, the SPMT positioning accuracy experiment is carried out through the total station precision measurement and control system combined with the Digital Dock automatic detection software. The results show that SPMT can realize accurate installation and positioning, which has been verified by an actual project.
