摘要 面对无抗时代的到来,无论是专家学者的研究,还是欧洲的“替抗”经验,中、短链脂肪酸已是替抗方案中不可或缺的主流选项。文章综述了短链脂肪酸(丁酸)的抑菌机理和作用效果,及中链脂肪酸(月桂酸单甘酯)抑菌和抗囊膜病毒的机理和作用效果;论述了中、短链脂肪酸联合使用的优势:扩大抑制病原微生物的谱系,并在酸性体系下极大增强抑制病原微生物的能力。以期为中、短链脂肪酸在畜牧业中的应用提供更科学的思路,并为业内人士提供更优的替抗方案选项。 As we enter the era of antibiotic ban,short and medium chain fatty acids have become indispensable in both on-going academic researches to establish suitable antibiotic alternatives and in the European industry's experience in replacing antibiotics.This text summarizes the antibacterial mechanism of short chain fatty acids(butyric acid)as well as the antibacterial and antiviral mechanism of medium chain fatty acid(glycerol monolaurate);the advantages of using a combination of short and medium chain fatty acid is also discussed:expanding the pathogenic microorganism inhibition spectrum and enhancing the animals ability to inhibit pathogenic microorganisms via acidification.This text aims to provide scientific concepts for the application of short and medium chain fatty acids as an alternative solution in the agriculture industry.
