Research progress on the structural and functional studies of blood brain barrier in different species

摘要 血脑屏障是血液和脑组织间进行物质交换的屏障,同时也能通过其特殊的细胞间连接方式达到阻止有害物质入脑、维持脑内环境稳态的目的。近年来,不同物种间血脑屏障结构和功能的研究取得了重要的进展,这对揭示血脑屏障起源及了解血脑屏障具体调控机制有重要的作用。本文将对近年来鱼类、鸟类、哺乳类等物种的血脑屏障结构和功能研究进展进行综述。 As a physiological barrier for restricting material exchange between blood and brain,blood brain barrier prevents harmful substances from entering the brain and maintains the stability of the central nervous system.In recent years,researches on the structure and function of the blood brain barrier among different species has progressed largely,which help to reveal the evolution of the blood brain barrier and to understand the specific mechanism regulating.This article will review the structure and function of the blood brain barrier of multiple animals including fish,birds,and mammals in recent studies.
