摘要
教师教学行为是教师职业素养和能力在课堂教学情境中的外显体现,它在很大程度上影响学生的学习效果,是教师专业发展的关键所在。本文以教师专业发展的技术理性取向、实践反思取向和生态取向为视角,探究外语教师教学行为的优化路径和行动策略,并倡导不同路径和策略的互补与融合。
Teacher teaching behavior is the explicit manifestation of teachers’professional qualities and abilities in classroom teaching situations,which affects students’learning effects to a large extent,and it is also a key to teachers’professional development.This paper explores the optimal paths and action strategies of foreign language teachers’teaching behavior from the perspectives of technical rationality,practical reflection and ecological orientation in teachers’professional development,and advocates the complementation and integration of different paths and strategies.
