摘要
针对锅炉燃油点火系统油耗高、运行风险高的问题,利用锅炉两层等离子点火技术对锅点火系统进行改造,分析了改造方案和改造效果。实验结果表明,改造后的等离子点火系统能够可靠保证锅炉点火,此次改造可为锅炉燃油点火系统升级提供参考。
In view of the characteristics of high fuel consumption and high operation risk of the boiler fuel ignition system,the boiler’s two-layer plasma ignition technology is used to transform the boiler’s ignition system,and the transformation plan and transformation effect were analyzed.The experimental results show that the modified plasma ignition system can reliably guarantee the boiler ignition.This transformation can provide a reference for the upgrade of the boiler fuel ignition system.
