摘要
针对某电厂1号机组正常运行期间,6号、7号、8号轴瓦突发周期性异常振动的问题,通过负荷调整试验、压紧油油温调整试验、压紧油流量调整试验,从振动特性的多个方面进行分析,认为汽轮机组励磁侧密封油流量过高是导致异常振动的原因,提出降低励磁侧密封油流量的处理措施,并说明了处理效果。
Periodic abnormal vibration occurred of No.6,No.7 and No.8 bearing Bush,during the normal operation of Unit 1 in a Power Plant.After Unit-load adjustment,pressure-oil temperature adjustment and pressure-oil flow adjustment,confirmed the reason is the high flow of pressure-oil in excitation side.Lower the pressure-oil flow and explained the effect.
