摘要
针对公司"泰山"A香基模块来源较集中且单体成分未尽知的情况下,研究开发使用更多来源、成分可知可控、具备可替代性的功能性香基模块。经过香基模块色谱分析、辨香、仿香试验以及在全香精香料配方中配比试验后,原香基模块在"泰山"A卷烟配方中成功进行替换。替换后,卷烟质量保持稳定。从技术源头破解"过度依赖"风险,保障泰山卷烟的技术安全、质量安全、品牌安全。
In view of the fact that the source of incense-based modules in"Taishan"A cigarette products was relatively concentrated and the monomer components were not known.The research and development of functional incense-based modules with more sources,controllable components and substitutability were carried out.Through the analysis of fragrance-based module chromatography,fragrance discrimination,fragrance imitation test and proportioning test in the formula of all flavors and fragrances,the original incense base module was successfully replaced in the"Taishan"A cigarette formula.And after replacement,cigarette quality remained stable.Thus breaking the risk of"Excessive Dependence"from the source of technology,to ensure the technical safety,quality safety and brand safety of Taishan cigarettes.
