摘要
食品包装加工使用过程中会产生一些新物质,即非有意添加物,这些物质可能存在健康隐患。本文对食品包装中的非有意添加物的主要来源与途径进行总结,对于常用的包装材料,如纸类、塑料、陶瓷以及金属中可能出现的非有意添加物,对其现状进行了阐述。
During the processing and using of food packaging,some new substances(unintentional additives)will be produced;the substances may have health risks.The main sources and ways of unintentional additives in food packaging are summarized.As for the commonly used packaging materials such as paper,plastics,ceramics and metals,unintentional additives may be present.
