全国碳交易市场电力行业配额分配现状以及对安徽省的建议

Status Quo of Initial Allowance Allocation of the Power Industry of Emissions Trading and Some Advice for Anhui Province

面对如今全球气候变暖的现实,各个国家和地区陆续采用碳排放权市场的方式来控制温室气体排放。本文针对安徽省CO2排放量最多的电力行业,对八个省市的电力行业碳交易市场配额分配方案进行了分析,并对安徽省电力行业初始配额分配工作给出了一些建议。

In the face of today’s global warming, various countries and regions have successively adopted carbon emission market to control emissions of greenhouse gases. This article targets the power industry with the most CO2 emissions in Anhui Province, this paper analyzed trial allowance allocation scheme for the national emissions trading market of eight provinces and cities, and some suggestions on the initial allowance allocation of the power industry in Anhui were given.
