溶解氧对复合式MBR处理低C/N生活污水的影响研究

摘要 采用投加悬浮填料的复合式膜生物反应器(HMBR)处理低C/N生活污水,考察HMBR系统中溶解氧对COD和脱氮效果的影响,探究低C/N生活污水处理方案。结果表明HMBR处理低C/N生活污水的最佳溶解氧浓度为1~2 mg/L,HMBR运行稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强,此时COD、NH4+-N和TN的去除率分别在90%、99%和45%以上,未出现NO2--N的积累,但反硝化过程受阻,出现NO3--N累积现象。 A composite membrane bioreactor(HMBR) with suspended fillers was used to treat low-C/N domestic sewage. The effect of dissolved oxygen in the HMBR system on COD and nitrogen removal efficiency was investigated. A low-C/N domestic sewage treatment scheme was explored. The results show that the optimal dissolved oxygen concentration of HMBR for treatment of low C/N domestic sewage is 1-2 mg/L. HMBR is stable in operation and strong in impact load resistance. At this time, the removal rates of COD, NH4+-N and TN are 90 %, Over 99 % and 45 %, NO2--N accumulation did not occur, but the denitrification process was blocked and NO3--N accumulation occurred.
