波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定原油中的金属含量 被引量:2

摘要 针对干法灰化法分析原油中金属含量耗时长且某些轻元素重复性差的问题,开发采用波长色散X荧光光谱法直接测定原油中铁、镍、钒、铜、铅等金属含量。采用外标法进行定量,各种元素回收率均在90%~110%之间,11次测定的相对标准偏差小于10%,数据结果准确可靠。XRF测定原油中金属含量时间短,提高了分析检测效率。 The analysis of metal content in crude oil by dry ashing method takes a long time and the repeatability of some light elements is poor, direct determination of iron, nickel, vanadium, copper, lead and other metals in crude oil by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Quantitative analysis by external standard method, the recovery of various elements is between 90 %~110 %, the relative standard deviation of 11 determinations is less than 10 %, accurate and reliable data results. Determination of metal content in crode oil by XRF, improve the efficiency of analysis and detection.
