摘要
目的:建立桂附理中丸甘草苷的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为phenomenex UP01675 C18柱(5μm,4.6×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%醋酸溶液(20∶80),流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为276 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为5μL。结果甘草苷在3.4591~110.6914μg·mL^-1与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.97%,RSD=0.97%。结论:甘草苷的含量测定方法操作简单,结果准确,重复性好,可以用于桂附理中丸的质量控制。
Objective:to establish an HPLC method for determination of Liquiritin in Guifu Lizhong Wan.Methods:HPLC was adopted with phenomenex UP01675 C18 column(5μm,4.6×250 mm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5%acetic acid solution(20:80),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 276 nm,the column temperate was 25℃and the sample was 5 uL.Results:the calibration curve of Liquiritin was linear in the range of 3.4591~110.6914μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999),and the average recovery of Liquiritin was 98.97%(RSD=0.97%).Conclusion:the method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Guifu Lizhong Wan.
