摘要
本文首先分析了分析化学实验教学和原子发射光谱分析的现状,并以"水硬度的测定"实验项目为例具体介绍了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析在分析化学实验课程中的应用。原子发射光谱分析是一种非常实用的现代仪器分析方法,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪配合分析化学实验的教学,可以实现现代分析仪器在实验教学中的深入运用,实验效果好,可操作性强,显著提升教学质量。同时有助于学生学习到最新前沿的分析测试方法,有利于培养符合时代发展的应用型人才。
The current situation of analytical chemistry experiment teaching and atomic emission spectrometry was firstly analyzed. The application of Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES) in the course of analytical chemistry experiment was introduced in detail, taking the experimental project of "Determine the hardness of water" as an example. Atomic emission spectrometry is a very practical modern instrument analysis method. Using ICP-AES to cooperate with the teaching of analytical chemistry experiment can realize the deep application of modern analytical instruments in experiment teaching. It can be operated easily with a strong effect, so as to effectively improve teaching quality. It is helpful for students to learn the latest cutting-edge analysis and test methods, and to cultivate application-oriented talents in line with the development of the times.
