“IAB”背景下药学类专业教育创新型模式的构建

Construction of Innovative Mode of Pharmaceutical Education under the Background of “IAB”

广州市大力提倡发展"IAB"产业,产业的发展必须要有大量的人才支撑,如何更高效的培养出紧缺的"IAB"产业人才是本文探讨的重点。文章中提出利用当前丰富的互联网教育资源,根据作者累积多年的课程体系构建知识,以生物制药项目为例,构建出完整的课程体系、学习评价体系,利用项目驱动学习的方法极大的激发了学生的学习积极性及主动性,并也为学生进一步创新创业埋下伏笔。这种创新型专业教育模式可以形成从学习起点到终端直至实现成功创业的闭环。

Guangzhou strongly advocates the development of "IAB" industry, Development of industry must be supported by a large number of talents. How to cultivate the shortage talents of "IAB" industry efficiently is the key point in this paper. This paper proposes to use the current rich internet education resources, build knowledge according to the curriculum system accumulated by the authors’ experience for many years, taking biopharmaceutical project as an example, a complete curriculum system is constructed, learning evaluation system. the method of project driven learning has greatly stimulated students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative, and also laid the groundwork for students’ further innovation and entrepreneurship. This innovative professional education mode can form a closed-loop from learning starting point to terminal to successful entrepreneurship.
