藁本挥发油对白色念珠菌病原生物膜的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Volatile Oil of Sakamoto on the Biofilm of Candida Albicans

本实验以白色念珠菌为研究对象,测定其对白色念珠菌MIC、MBC,在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察藁本精油对白色念珠菌生物膜的作用;制备小鼠白色念珠菌性阴道炎模型,并进行阴道给药,对小鼠模型的治疗效果和病理结果进行分析。发现藁本精油可用于治疗白色念珠菌引起的阴道炎,机制可能与其影响细菌生物模形成有关。

This experiment took Candida albicans as the research object,and measured its MIC and MBC against Candida albicans,and the effect of Ligusticum edulis essential oil on Candida albicans biofilm was observed under a laser confocal microscope;A mouse model of Candida albicans vaginitis was prepared and administered vaginally.The therapeutic effect and pathological results of the mouse model were analyzed.It was found that Ligusticum vulgare essential oil can be used to treat vaginitis caused by Candida albicans,and the mechanism may be related to its influence on the formation of bacterial biological models.
