花椒挥发油对白色念珠菌的抗菌作用研究

Antibacterial effect of volatile oil from Zanthoxylum bungeum on Candida Albicans

本实验采用水蒸馏法收集的花椒挥发油,测定白色念珠菌的MIC、MBC和灭菌曲线,激光共聚焦显微镜扫描细菌生物膜对治疗效果和病理结果分析观察到花椒挥发油能有效缓解阴道念珠菌病引起的外阴阴道充血、水肿、糜烂以及分泌物增多等症状,可得出花椒挥发油对白色念珠菌有较强抗菌活性,抑制生物膜的形成。

In this experiment,the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum collected by hydrodistillation was used to determine the MIC,MBC and sterilization curve of Candida albicans.The treatment effect and pathological results of the bacterial biofilm were scanned by laser confocal microscope.It was observed that the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum can effectively relieve vaginal Candida.The symptoms of vulvovaginal hyperemia,edema,erosion,and increased secretions caused by the disease can be concluded that the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum has strong antibacterial activity against Candida albicans and inhibits the formation of biofilm.
