摘要
EPA(Eicosapentaenoicacid)又称二十碳五烯酸,属于ω-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸,是母乳中的重要功能成分,对婴幼儿的大脑及视觉的发育至关重要,具有巨大的开发潜力。因而,越来越多的研究者致力于将EPA应用于婴幼儿奶粉中,以期模拟母乳中的营养成分,提高婴幼儿奶粉的营养价值。本文总结了EPA的研究现状,并对EPA应用于婴幼儿奶粉的相关专利申请情况进行分析,旨在为EPA在婴幼儿奶粉中的应用的基础研究及专利申请方向提供一定的理论依据。
EPA(Eicosapentaenoic acid), also known as eicosapentaenoic acid, belongs to the omega-3 series of polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is an important functional component in breast milk and is essential for the development of the brain and vision of infants and young children. It has huge development and Application potential. Therefore, more and more researchers are committed to applying EPA to infant milk powder in order to simulate the nutrients in breast milk and improve the nutritional value of infant milk powder. This article summarizes the research status of EPA and analyzes the application of EPA to infant milk powder related patent applications, aiming to provide a certain theoretical basis for the basic research and patent application direction of EPA application in infant milk powder.
