催化裂化装置外取热器结构设计综述

Review on Structure Design of External Heat Exchanger in FCC Unit

本文对催化裂化装置中下流式外取热器的工作原理进行分析,对外取热器设备结构、保温、衬里、选材等设计要点进行论述,针对应力腐蚀开裂的问题提出了预防措施,提出了设计建议和对今后外取热器设计的发展前景进行展望。

This paper discusses downstream external heat exchanger in the working principle, the structure of the equipment, the thermal insulation, the liner and the selection of material. Moreover, the precautions of stress corrosion cracking are discussed, the design suggestions and the development prospects of the external heat exchanger are put forward.
