摘要
草甘膦生产过程中产生的稀甲醛废液水量很大,目前甲醛处理技术大多是氧化法,这造成极大的浪费。本文从资源回收利用角度,采用精馏对废液中甲醛进行回收并用于草甘膦合成,同时精馏残液进行生化处理。我们设计了一套工艺装置并进行了稳定性验证,通过一系列实验确定了精馏工艺参数。结果表明,在合理的参数设定下,废液中的甲醛可以有效回收。
A large amount of dilute formaldehyde wastewater would be produced in glyphosate production process. Untill now, oxidation method is the common method to deal with formaldehyde, which will cause great waste. In this paper, from the perspective of resource recycling, formaldehyde was recovered from waste liquid by distillation and used in synthesis of glyphosate. Meanwhile the distillation residue was treated by biochemical process. A set of apparatus was designed and its stability was verified, and the parameters of distillation were determined by a series of experiments. The results show that the formaldehyde in the waste liquid can be recovered effectively under the reasonable parameter setting.
