基于城镇污水处理提质增效解决污水处理收集系统问题的思考

Consideration on Improving Quality and Efficiency of Urban Sewage Treatment to Solve the Problem of sewage Treatment and Collection System

党中央国务院高度重视城镇污水收集处理设施短板问题,明确要求实施污水处理提质增效三年行动,加快补齐短板,尽快实现污水管网全覆盖,全收集,全处理。重点是在深入调查污水收集系统的基础上,加快推进生活污水收集处理设施改造和建设,提升城市生活污水集中收集效能和污水处理厂进水生化需氧量,基本消除生活污水直排口,生活污水收集处理设施空白区和城市黑臭水体。本文旨在通过阐述污水处理收集系统存在问题及解决污水处理收集系统问题的关键,提出污水处理提质增效解决污水处理收集系统问题的思考。

In April 2019, the housing urban and rural development, ecological environmental protection, the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued by the urban sewage treatment physical synergistic action plan in three years(2019~2021), the focus is on the basis of a thorough investigation into the sewerage system, accelerate the life transformation and sewerage treatment facilities construction, improve urban sewage concentrated collection efficiency and the sewage treatment plant biochemical oxygen demand(cod), the water straight PaiKou basically eliminated sewage, sewage collection black smelly water treatment facilities blank area and city. This paper aims at expound the problems existing in the sewage treatment and collection system and the key to solve the problems in the sewage treatment and collection system, and put forward the thinking of improving the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment and solving the problems in the sewage treatment and collection system.
