江西新干县防洪工程防洪堤线设计与分析 被引量:3

摘要 新干县城区目前已有城区防洪工程建筑物及排涝闸门及启闭设施运行年久老化严重,防洪问题突出,急需进行除险加固和排涝设施改造。结合实际情况,对城区防洪堤线大范围顺直开挖河道方案与小范围顺直开挖河道方案进行比较分析。结果表明,大范围顺直开挖河道方案河堤堤线与大洪水的主流线基本平行,可防止弯道继续变形、崩岸,对防洪及河势控制极为有利,且拆迁工作量和难度更小,有利于工程顺利实施,故设计推荐大范围顺直开挖河道方案。 At present,the existing urban flood control engineering buildings,flood drain gates,and opening and closing facilities in Xingan County have been operating for a long time and are seriously aging,and flood control problems are prominent,and there is an urgent need for danger elimination and reinforcement and flood drainage facilities transformation.Based on the actual situation,a comparative analysis of the large-scale straight channel excavation scheme and the small-scale straight channel excavation scheme of the urban flood control dike line.The results show that the river embankment line of large-scale straight excavation scheme is basically parallel to the main stream line of the flood,which can prevent the curve from continuing to deform and bank collapse,which is extremely beneficial to flood control and river regime control,and demolition work and difficulty are less,which is conducive to the smooth implementation of the project.Therefore,the design recommends the large-scale direct excavation scheme of the river.
