摘要
为优化GB/T 2910.11硫酸法中的试验方案,以硫酸浓度、温度、浴出、振荡方式及溶解时间为因素,采用正交设计的方法进行试验。试验结果表明:硫酸浓度、温度、浴比、振荡方式及溶解时间对结果均有影响,其中硫酸浓度的影响最为显著。此外,硫酸浓度为65%、温度为45℃、浴比为1:100、振荡频率在90-100 r/min之间和溶解时间为30m1n是一个最优的试验方案;验证试验表明,采用该方案对涤棉混合织物定量分析的结果稳定,与标准试验方案一致。
In order to optimize test scheme using sulfuric acid in GB/T 2910.11,the orthogonal method was designed with five factors,which were sulfuric acid concentration,temperature,liquor ratio,oscillation method and dissolution time.The result shows that five factors all have an effect on the results,of which the effect of sulfuric acid concentration has the most significant effect.In addition,an optimal test plan is as follows:sulfuric acid concentration is 65%,temperature is 45℃,liquor ratio is 1:100,oscillation frequency is between 90 and 100 r/min,test time is 30mins.The validation test shows the quantitative analysis result of the polyester-cotton fabric is stable,which is consistent with the standard test scheme.
