Alkaloids from Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang

摘要 云南萝芙木(Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang)风干后用甲醇提取,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和薄层层析对其生物碱成分进行分离,从中得到5个生物碱,包括4个单萜吲哚生物碱和1个简单生物碱,经波谱分析和对其理化性质进行对比,将结构鉴定为strictamine(1),10-hydroxystrictamine(2),nortertraphyllicine(3),raucaffrinoline(4)和venoterpine(5)。 Five alkaloids were isolated from by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and thin layer chromatography,including four monoterpene indole alkaloids and a simple alkaloid.The structures are identified as strictamine(1),10-hydroxystrictamine(2),nortertraphyllicine(3),raucaffrinoline(4)and venoterpine(5)on the basis of analysis of their spectroscopic data combined with their physicochemical property.
