摘要
参照《资本论》分析资本运动及扩大再生产的文本结构,建设现代化经济体系是从生产、流通、分配、再生产等层次推动社会主义市场经济条件下技术创新、空间平衡和制度优化三方面的有机互动。就生产过程而言,现代产业体系和绿色发展体系协力打造了生产组织创新和产品创新的技术条件;城乡区域发展体系和全面开放体系为流通过程提供平衡增长和扩大再生产的空间条件;现代市场体系、收入分配体系和社会主义市场经济体制作为现代化经济体系的制度条件,合力推动技术创新的发生与扩散,并以有效的宏观治理体系协调社会总资本再生产的内在矛盾,推动社会主义生产力发展和生产关系稳固的协同。
Referred to the structure of Das Capital,developing a Modernized Economy means promoting combinations of technology innovation,space coordinating and institutional optimizing from the level of production,circulation,distribution,reproduction in the socialist market economy.For the production process,both of modem industrial system and green development system have created technology conditions for production organization innovation and commodity innovation;urban-rural regional development system and opening up on all fronts system have constructed space conditions for balancing growth and expanded reproduction in circulation process;modem market system,income distribution system and socialist economy system are all institutional conditions for modernized economy which help technology innovation developing and diffusing,meanwhile coordinating inner contradictions in social capital reproduction by effective macro regulation system,ensuing production force developing and firming socialist production relation.
