摘要
吉林省教育学院今年首次承担新疆兵团高中骨干校长培训,借鉴并创新性地运用了"三段式"培训模式,通过集中学习、影子培训、返岗实践三个阶段的紧密结合,遵循"精于知""促于思""助于行"的逻辑递进式路径,设置了无缝对接的培训课程体系和优势互补的培训组合方式,同时采取多种有效策略大幅提升了培训的质量和效果。
Jilin Provincial Institute of Education undertook the training for key principals in high schools of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps for the first time this year.It uses the‘three-stage'training mode creatively by combining the intensive learning and shadow training with return the return to work practice closely,follows the path of proficient in‘being proficient in knowing'‘promoting thinking'and‘helping actions',sets up a seamless training course system and a complementary advantages training combination,and takes a variety of effective strategies greatly improved the quality and effect of training.
