摘要
随着全球化与信息化时代的深入发展,常规的线下教研活动逐渐转为线上网络教研与线下实体教研相结合的发展模式。在网络教研迅速崛起与发展期间,各类网络教育资源大量涌入,在一定程度上促进了教师专业化发展。但当前的网络教研仍存在网络技术支持后续力不足、教研经费投入不均、教研组织结构不完善、教研评价途径单一等问题。基于此,本文提出加强组织保障、完善网络教研机制、优化教研组织结构与变革网络教研评价方式等改进建议。
With the in-depth development of globalization and informatization,conventional offline teaching and research activities have gradually turned into a development model that combines network-based teaching and research with offline teaching and research.During the period of the rapid rise and development of network-based teaching and research,a plentiful resource of online education has flooded in,which has promoted the professional development of teachers to a certain extent.However,it should still be recognized that the current network-based teaching and research have the problems of insufficient network technical support,uneven teaching and research fund investment,imperfect organization structure,and unitary evaluation approach.Based on this,this paper addresses the suggestions for improvements,which are strengthening organizational support,perfecting the network-based teaching and research mechanism,optimizing the teaching and research organization structure,reforming the evaluation approaches of network-based teaching and research and etc..
