本土文化视域下中日初中英语教材比较研究 被引量:3

A Comparative Study of Indigenous Cultural Contents in English Textbooks for Junior High School Between China and Japan

摘要 我国义务教育阶段英语课程中"本土文化"缺失问题由来已久,直接导致了"中国文化失语症",阻碍了本民族优秀文化的传播。而教材作为英语课程的重要载体,其本土文化的编排方式直接影响文化教学效果。中日两国地理位置和文化背景相似,而日本"传统与文化教育"已成体系,文化教学成果显著。因此,本文运用内容分析法,在比较中日两套初中英语教材的文化内容后,对我国教材编写提出以下建议:首先,丰富虚拟人物的国籍多样性,创设真实、多元的人物活动情境;其次,提高教材"真实图片"比例,体系化呈现本土文化要素;此外,深入挖掘"文化观念"素材,提高"文化个体"的数量及代表性,突出传统文化与现在、未来的连结;最后",见缝插针"式加强本土文化密度,提高本土文化学习能力要求。 The lack of “indigenous culture”in compulsory English curriculum in China has been a problem for a long time,directly leading to“Chinese cultural aphasia”and hindering the spread of excellent Chinese culture.And textbook is an important medium of English curriculum.Its indigenous arrangement directly affects the effect of culture teaching.China and Japan share similar location and cultural background.Japan's “traditional and cultural education”has become a system with remarkable achievements.Therefore,this article,by means of content analysis,compares the cultural contents of two sets of English textbooks for junior high school in China and Japan,and puts forward the following suggestions for the compilation of Chinese textbooks:First,enrich the nationality diversity of the characters and create a real and diversified situation.Second,increase the proportion of“real pictures”and present indigenous culture systematically.Third,deeply explore“cultural concept”materials,improve the number and representativeness of “cultural individuals”and highlight the connection of the traditional culture with the present and future.Finally,make use of every space to increase the density of indigenous culture and improve its capability requirement.
