新时代基层公共图书馆创新服务实践研究

在新时代背景下,公共图书馆在建设文化强国中起着重要作用,有能力、有义务成为社会发展与文明建设的重要平台。然而,基层公共图书馆的创新服务模式还需不断深化和完善,本文以秦皇岛市抚宁区图书馆为例,深入挖掘基层公共图书馆的创新服务,以满足广大人民的精神文化需求。

Under the background of the new era,public library plays an important role in the construction of cultural power,and has the ability and obligation to become an important platform for social development and civilization construction.However,the innovative service mode of grassroots public libraries still needs to be deepened and perfected.This paper takes the Funing district Library of Qinhuangdao as an example to dig out the innovative service of grassroots public libraries in order to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the broad masses of people.
