正念护理在三叉神经痛围术期中对疼痛与情绪的影响

Effect of mindfulness nursing on pain and emotion in perioperative period of trigeminal neuralgia

目的:探究正念护理对三叉神经痛病人围术期疼痛与情绪的影响。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年9月于本院疼痛科就诊的需行射频消融术治疗的三叉神经痛病人100例,按随机数字表法分为两组(n=50):对照组(给予标准化治疗和常规护理)和观察组(给予标准化治疗和正念护理),对比两组病人围术期护理不同时间节点的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分,并分析时间与护理干预的交互效果。结果:两组病人术前及术后分组护理前的VAS、SAS和SDS评分对比均无统计学意义(P>0.05),分组护理后观察组病人不同时间节点的VAS和SDS评分明显低于同期对照组及分组护理前和术前(P<0.05);观察组病人护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正念护理在缓解三叉神经痛围术期疼痛不良刺激、调节焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪的效果较为理想,病人满意度较高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To study the effects of mindfulness nursing on pain and emotion of patients during perioperative period of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:One hundred patients with trigeminal neuralgia who received radiofrequency ablation from October 2018 to September 2019 were divided into the control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)using a random number table.The control group received standard treatment and routine care,the observation group was given standard treatment and mindfulness nursing therapy.Visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups,scores and analyze the interaction between time and care interventions.Results:The VAS,SAS,SDS scores of the two groups of patients before and after group care were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the VAS and SDS scores of the observation group patients at different time points were lower than those of the same period of control Before nursing and operation significantly(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Being an effective and ideal method,mindfulness nursing can relieve the painful stimulation of trigeminal neuralgia,regulate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and enhance the patients satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
