浅析警察枪支使用训练评价体系的构建

Analysis on the Construction of the Evaluation System of Gun Use In the Combat-oriented Police Training

当前,我国警察执法环境日益复杂,一线民警在枪支使用方面存在不敢用、不会用、不愿用等诸多问题。保障警察枪支使用训练的科学有效性,需制定切实可行的训练评价体系。针对警察训练评价的现存问题,应依据运动学全面性、实用性、科学性、系统性等原则,构建包括警察法律知识使用、心理素质、射击技能水平和实战安全战术意识四个方面的警察枪支使用训练评价体系。

At present,China’s police law enforcement is confronted with a complex environment.There are many problems in the use of guns by the front-line police,such as daring not to use,don’t know how to use,and unwilling to use.It is necessary to establish a practical training evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of using gunsin police training.Based on the current situation of police training evaluation as well as the principles of kinematic comprehensiveness,practicability and scientific systematicness,the evaluation system of police gun use training will be constructed,which includes the use of police legal knowledge,psychological quality,shooting skills and practical safety and tactical awareness.
