摘要
机器学习技术作为人工智能课程中的重点内容,在各个领域均获得了广泛的应用。为了培养学生将该技术应用于实践的能力,本文结合当前垃圾分类自动化的实际需求提出了一种基于机器学习的塑料瓶颜色分类的教学案例设计,包含了图像预处理、特征提取、神经网络分类等完整的处理方法。学生需综合利用所学的理论知识完成实验,最终达到掌握机器学习在实践应用中的目的,为后续独立开展机器学习应用研究提供基础。
Machine learning has been increasingly applied in various areas.To train the students'ability of applying the technique in practical engineering,an instructional experiment of color sorting for plastic bottles based on machine learning is designed,which can be a part of automatic waste sorting.The experiment includes image preprocessing,feature extraction,principal component analysis and neural network.The students need to apply the corresponding theoretical knowledge in the experiment,which can be of great help to deepen the students'understanding of machine learning and provide basic training for their further independent work on the technique.
