摘要
采用多弧离子镀技术在核用高强钢GR660表面制备了AgPd膜层。对膜层进行了摩擦磨损试验,使用扫描电镜观察了膜层的表面形貌、断面形貌及磨损形貌。结果表明,AgPd膜层的摩擦因数明显低于GR660基材,能起到很好的润滑减摩作用。
AgPd film was prepared on the surface of GR660 high-strength steel for nuclear power by multi-arc ion plating technique.The friction and wear properties of the film were tested and the surface morphology,section morphology,and worn morphology of the film were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the friction factor of AgPd film was much lower than that of GR660 substrate,indicating that the AgPd film could play a good role in lubrication and friction reduction.
