铝合金零部件三价铬镀珍珠铬工艺

摘要 介绍了铝合金件三价铬镀珍珠铬工艺,包括在铝合金基体上制备浸锌层、酸性锌镍合金镀层、化学镀镍层、焦磷酸盐镀铜层、酸铜镀层、光亮镀镍层、珍珠镍镀层和珍珠铬镀层。这种镀层在中性盐雾试验72 h时无锈蚀,热震试验中无起泡或脱落。 A process for pearl chromium plating on aluminum alloys with trivalent chromium electrolyte was introduced,including zinc immersion,acidic zinc–nickel alloy electroplating,electroless nickel plating,pyrophosphate copper electroplating,acid copper electroplating,bright nickel electroplating,pearl nickel electroplating,and pearl chromium electroplating.The composite coatings are able to endure 72 hours of neutral salt spray test without the formation of corrosion product on its surface,and have no blistering and peeling during thermal shock test.
